Terms of Use
Beta Beta. Last updated 26 October 2026
Eracade is a free web arcade in public beta. By using the site or playing the games you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who we are
Eracade is a product of Unflatline, a company whose parent company is Atarus Security ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@eracade.com.
Who can use Eracade
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission where the law requires it, and they agree to these terms for you. Eracade is not directed to children under 13. See Children and Families.
Beta status and "as is" service
Eracade is a beta. Games and features may change, break, reset or disappear without notice. Because scores and settings are stored in your browser, they can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Acceptable use
Do not:
- attack, overload, probe or try to break into the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape the service in bulk, or reverse engineer, decompile or copy it in order to build a competing service or to republish our games;
- use bots, scripts, memory editors, tampered builds or other cheating tools, in particular against any future leaderboard;
- use the service to break the law or to harm, harass or impersonate others;
- help others do any of these things.
Good-faith security research that follows our Security page is allowed and is not a breach of these terms. Ordinary play, including looking at your own data in your browser's developer tools, is fine.
Our content and your licence to play
The games, code, art, sounds, text, names and logos on Eracade belong to Unflatline or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Games are original works made in-house. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and play the games in your browser for your own non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense or create commercial works from our content without written permission. Please link to us instead. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains how to report infringement.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, bug reports or suggestions, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use them (including to change our games and services) without obligation or payment to you. Please do not send anything you consider confidential.
Paid features and other future changes
Eracade is free today. We may later add optional accounts, a paid subscription, ads, leaderboards or other features. [Paid features, billing, renewal and cancellation terms to be added before launch.] Those features will have their own terms, and these terms will be updated before they launch. Nothing here obliges us to add or keep any feature free.
Termination
You can stop using Eracade at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we may change or shut down all or part of Eracade at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or fit for a particular purpose, or that it will be free from harmful components or lost data. Some games contain flashing lights and screen shake; if you are sensitive to these, use calm mode and see our Accessibility page. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our affiliates, personnel and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Eracade. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to 100 US dollars (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
If your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service leads to a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from that claim to the extent allowed by law. This does not apply to consumers where the law prohibits it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example as we leave beta or add features. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, give notice on the site. If you keep using Eracade after changes take effect, you accept them. If you disagree, stop using the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unflatline is established, and its courts will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
